1. Position the Band – Slip your arms through both loops and rest the band around your biceps (just above the elbows). Adjust for a snug fit that holds your arms close but still allows a full range of motion.
   
2. Set Up & Swing – Get into your normal golf stance and begin with slow, controlled swings. The band keeps your arms and body connected during the backswing and downswing.
   
3. Monitor & Correct – Pay attention to how the band prevents flying elbows or “chicken wings,” helping you maintain proper arm movement and connection.
4. Practice Regularly – Use for 10–15 minutes during practice sessions or warm-ups to build muscle memory. Remove before playing a round (optional).
